    MCStor Digital Submission Form

    The MCStor Digital Submission Form is used in substitution to the online submission process that requires the Non-Exclusive Distribution License. A submitter can complete the MCStor Digital Submission Form and provide their submission to the College Archivist without online submission. The MCStor Digital Submission Form represents the same policy as the Non-Exclusive Distribution License.

    Milligan College Non-Exclusive Distribution License

    Authors who hold copyright to their work and who wish to make their work publically available on MCStor agree to a non-exclusive distribution license. This means that authors give Milligan College the right to preserve and distribute their work through MCStor, but they may make copies of their work available on other web sites without obtaining permission from Milligan College. Authors may also publish their work, in the same form or in a revised form, without obtaining permission from the College. This form was adapted from the non-exclusive distribution form provided by DSpace.

    Restrict Bitstream Files for All Submissions in a Collection

    Authorization / Access Restriction policy document. With this policy, each item submitted to the collection will inherit a restricted Bitstream policy that restricts access and will prompt a login. Collection and items will be searchable / viewable metadata, and will appear in result lists (without LDAP login).
